A richly toned Gem of the finest order. The reflective fields and frosty motifs make for a pleasing contrast. Deep blue and rose engulfs the obverse, the reverse brilliant at the center with hues similar to those of the obverse reaching outward to the rims. One of 880 proofs of the date struck. We note that only 8 examples of the date have been graded finer than this outstanding piece. |
